Thank you for shopping with VSP Herbal / Vaidhya Shri Pharmaceuticals.
We aim to provide the highest quality Ayurvedic and herbal products.
Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. No Refund on Opened or Used Products

Because our products are healthcare, herbal, and consumable, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once the product is:

  • Opened

  • Used

  • Damaged after delivery

  • Partially consumed

This is for safety, hygiene, and quality-control reasons.


2. Eligible Returns (Only in Rare Cases)

Returns are accepted ONLY if:

âś” Wrong product received

âś” Product received in damaged condition

âś” Product seal is broken at the time of delivery

âś” Quantity mismatch

Note: You must provide clear photos/videos as proof within 24–48 hours of delivery.


3. Return Request Process

Send the following details:

  • Order number

  • Name & contact

  • Photos/video of the issue

  • Reason for return

Our team will review your request within 2–3 working days.


4. Replacement Policy

If your return is approved, we will send a free replacement of the same product.
Replacement is shipped only after verification and approval.

We do not provide monetary refunds unless the product is completely out of stock.


5. Refund (Only in Special Approved Cases)

Refunds are issued only if:

  • Product is unavailable

  • Wrong payment was deducted twice

  • Order was cancelled by the company

  • Return was approved but replacement is not possible

Refunds take 5–7 working days to reflect in your bank/UPI account.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened/used herbal products

  • Products damaged by the customer

  • Items purchased on offer/discount

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Products without invoice proof


8. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the mistake is from our side, we will cover return shipping costs.

If the mistake is from customer’s side, shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
