We ensure safe, fast and reliable delivery of all herbal and Ayurvedic products across India.

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship orders to:

  • All major cities across India

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 towns

  • Most villages and rural pin codes (depending on courier availability)

If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you.

2. Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within:

⏱ 24–48 hours (1–2 working days)

(excluding Sundays and public holidays)

Bulk orders may require additional time. Our team will inform you if needed.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • 3–7 working days for metro & major cities

  • 5–10 working days for other locations

  • 7–12 working days for remote or village areas

Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or festivals.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: â‚ą50–₹90 (based on weight & location)

  • Free Shipping: For selected products or special offers

  • Bulk Orders: Charges vary based on total weight

Shipping charges (if any) will be visible before checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier partner name

  • Tracking link (SMS/WhatsApp/Email)

You can track your order anytime until delivery.

6. Incorrect Address / Unreachable Customer

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries if:

  • Incorrect address was provided

  • Phone number was unreachable

  • Customer refused delivery

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Opened Package on Delivery

If you receive a shipment that is:

  • Damaged

  • Wet

  • Opened

  • Seal broken

Do NOT accept the parcel.
Ask the courier to mark it as “Rejected due to Damage”.

Then immediately contact us with photos/video.

Partner selection depends on your location and delivery speed.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
